Who we are
This website is run by Hypix Films LLC, a product video and photography company based in Edmond, Oklahoma, USA. Questions about this policy go to contact@hypixfilms.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive what you type in: your name, email, company or brand, phone number (optional), the packages you pick, a shoot or launch date and your project details. If you email us directly, we receive your email and anything you attach.
Like any website, our host and form provider also receive basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, when you load a page or send the form. We don’t ask for payment details on this site, and we don’t create accounts.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare a quote and, if you book, run and deliver your project, plus keeping the records any business has to keep. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we never sell, rent or trade your information or use it for targeted advertising.
Services that handle your data

We share your information with these providers only so they can run these services for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies, analytics and Do Not Track
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless service, to count page views and see general information such as the referring page, browser type and country. It doesn’t use cookies, fingerprinting or cross-site tracking, and it doesn’t collect personal information about you. Cloudflare privacy policy
This site doesn’t set its own cookies and doesn’t use advertising or cross-site tracking tools. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie, and Vimeo’s own policy covers its player once you press play.
Because we don’t track you across websites, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and project emails for as long as we need them to reply, deliver work and keep normal business and tax records, then delete them.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, and we keep access to inquiries limited to the people who need it. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send passwords or payment details through the form.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email contact@hypixfilms.com and we’ll take care of it. If the law where you live gives you other privacy rights, the same email works for those requests.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Visitors outside the US
We’re based in the United States, and the information you send is stored and processed in the US and wherever our service providers operate.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
